Jingle Bells, The End

More jingle, more bells!

This years Christmas album

Go here to listen to this years Christmas album. Parker was kind enough to lend his vocals to three of the tracks. Everything else you hear is me, a microphone, and my keyboard. Merry Christmas!!

Yardfest '08

Equipped only with a saw and a shovel, Jeremy undertook removing a cluster of mangled apple trees from our backyard.
Taking a break from working in the rain all day. He was too muddy to come inside, so he had to eat inside the truck!

Is that mud in my sandwich??

The hole.

Wrestling the stump!

Now he has just to figure out how to get it into the truck. It's heavier than it looks, and he was wiped out.

Some of the leaves from the yard. SOME.

The Family & the Feast

I think they're getting hungry!
It's not a riverdance...it's hackey sack.

The grandkids!

Grandpa trying to convince Lily to eat the garlic mashed potatoes.

Tomfoolery!

Some of the feast! We filled the island in the kitchen, too!

Yeah, so what if Katie still uses a sippy cup?!?!

The most important part of the meal is determining where the turkey goes. Grandpa has to make sure it's in JUST the right place.

More about Legos

Parker's at it again....(this is the edited version. The kid could talk for days about his Legos.)

Election Day!

We were warned of long lines in the rain today. My professor arrived at her polling place at 5:30 a.m. and reported that there were hundreds of people in front of her, waiting for the polls to open at 6:00 a.m. We waited until 2:45 p.m., drove over to Parker's school and got in and out in 30 seconds. Now we will anxiously await the results....
We didn't take advantage of the election day freebies....Krispy Kreme doughnuts, Starbucks coffee, Ben & Jerry's ice cream, or Chik-Fil-A. We were lucky to avoid a long line at the polls...we knew we wouldn't be so lucky at these places.

Happy Halloweeeeeen!

Parker as Jango Fett from Star Wars

What a haul! It will take us at least a few days to eat all of this :)
